Full Time Service Now Associate

About the role:

This is a full-time, on-site ServiceNow Associate with a 3 month internship, at our Kigali office, located in Kimihurura. ServiceNow is a platform that helps organisations work smarter by connecting people, processes, and systems.

– Technical Support and Troubleshooting skill
– Desktop Computers and Customer Support skills
– Strong Analytical Skills
– Experience in IT Support or ServiceNow is a plus
– Excellent problem-solving abilities
– Effective communication skills
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, and
– are fluent in French.
